The intervention takes into account the relationship between the original state of the building and the modern changes made during the 1930s. Thus, a completely contemporary intervention structures the spaces of the house, now organized on two floors with the recovery of the attic.

The desire to integrate the different levels leads to the design of spaces deployed on a double height thanks to two staircases. The first one is located in the living room (living room / family room / terrace) and the second one in the master bedroom (bedroom / library). These key places make it possible to perceive the stratification of the house while allowing modulations in the habitability and the sequence of spaces between one floor and another.
