Exhibition

Presented at the Maison de l'Architecture du Québec (MAQ), the “Machines à paysage” exhibition shows some twenty models of the nine porous walls designed in a research project. Made on various scales (from 1: 5 to 1:20) and from translucent plexiglass or wood, these pieces could constitute an artistic work because the curves carved in the basic module of the wall are graceful. Videos and plates detail each step of the creative process.

This research is part of the program "The limit as a mid-place: an architectural and urban exploration of intermediate territories", funded by the Quebec Research Fund on Society and Culture (FQRSC). Several research assistants, 15 in total, participated in the development of research in its different phases.
